Al Gamja Gooi (Butter Potatoes)
- 1 bag of baby potatoes
- 1 sp butter
- ½ sp salt
- ½ sp Stevia/sugar
- 1 sp parsley powder
- Wash the potatoes in running water. Do not peel the skin off.
- Put the potatoes in a pot with water enough to submerge them and boil them in high
heat. Add ½ sp salt. Once the pot starts to boil lower the heat to medium and leave
it on for another ~15 min (until you can poke it with a fork). Drain water and set
- Put 1 sp of butter in a pan and put the pan on medium heat. Put the potatoes and
occasionally turn them to all sides to an even roast. If the butter is unsalted,
sprinkle ½ sp of salt. Keep them on until their surface turns golden brown and
crispy. Sprinkle Stevia and parsley to serve.
