  1. Mix water, yeast and salt.
  2. Add flour.
  3. Cover and let it rise for a few hours.
  4. Refrigerate in an air-tight container.

bake

  1. Put dough on a baking paper.
  2. Optionally, leave in a warm place to rise for half an hour to an hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 220C, and place dough in.
  4. Bake bread until done to preference – usually 30 minutes.

tips

  1. After putting in the fridge, the dough is good for about two weeks.
  2. You can put a cup of water in the oven underneath the dough.
