ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 6 ½ cups flour
- 1 ½ sp self-activating yeast
- 1 ½ sp salt
steps
- Mix water, yeast and salt.
- Add flour.
- Cover and let it rise for a few hours.
- Refrigerate in an air-tight container.
bake
- Put dough on a baking paper.
- Optionally, leave in a warm place to rise for half an hour to an hour.
- Preheat oven to 220C, and place dough in.
- Bake bread until done to preference – usually 30 minutes.
tips
- After putting in the fridge, the dough is good for about two weeks.
- You can put a cup of water in the oven underneath the dough.
