Chicken Mayo Rice
ingredients
- 2 bowls of cooked rice
- 3 eggs
- 14 pieces of the chicken nugget /chicken pieces/1 can of Spam
- 1/3 thinly sliced onion
- 1 sp of cooking oil
- some nori flakes (optional)
- 1 sp soy sauce
- 1 sp honey
- 1/3 cup of chopped scallions
- Some mayonnaise
- Some Katsu sauce/Worchester sauce
instructions
- Cook the nuggets with oil on low heat until the nuggets turn golden brown.
- Whisk the 3 eggs into a bowl and transfer to the pan to make scrambled eggs. Take
them out of the pan and set them aside.
- Start frying the onions with some cooking oil and when they start to turn brown put 1
sp of soy sauce and 1 sp of honey and stir.
- Chop the nuggets into bite sizes.
- Take a bowl of rice and put scrambled eggs, cooked onions, and chicken nuggets on
top.
- Decorate with mayo, katsu sauce, scallions, and nori flakes on top to serve.
