Chicken Mayo Rice



  1. Cook the nuggets with oil on low heat until the nuggets turn golden brown.
  2. Whisk the 3 eggs into a bowl and transfer to the pan to make scrambled eggs. Take them out of the pan and set them aside.
  3. Start frying the onions with some cooking oil and when they start to turn brown put 1 sp of soy sauce and 1 sp of honey and stir.
  4. Chop the nuggets into bite sizes.
  5. Take a bowl of rice and put scrambled eggs, cooked onions, and chicken nuggets on top.
  6. Decorate with mayo, katsu sauce, scallions, and nori flakes on top to serve.
