Ganjang Bibim Myun (Soy Sauce Stirred Noodle)



  1. Put the noodle in boiling water. When it bubbles put a ½ cup of cold water so calm it down. When it bubbles again repeat. Repeat 3 times.
  2. After 3 min, wash the noodles against each other under cold running water so they don’t stick to each other. Drain water after washing.
  3. Put the sauce, mix, and serve.


If you have a cucumber, thinly slice it, put ½ of salt over, and drain the water by leaving it in a strainer for 30 min to mix with the noodle. You can also add ½ sp of chili flakes and chopped kimchi for a spicy adult dish.
