Mu Jorim (Braised Radish)

  1. Chop the radish into 1/2” half-moon shapes and lay them in a wide pot/pan.
  2. Put optional anchovies and shrimps and all braising liquid in the pan.
  3. Boil in high heat for 10 minutes and lower the heat to medium.
  4. Serve when the radishes turn tender.
